We partnered with the MNC in 2021 — embedding a team of 4 talent experts to lead recruitment. During our 2 - year partnership we worked closely with the Head HR - Vishak Bhardwaj.

Our team kicked off the project by taking a deep dive into the company’s challenges and needs — to fully understand their growth plans, and the type of talent they should bring on board. During our partnership we:

✓ Conducted 50+ hiring drives for junior level software developer positions, registered 2500+ candidates through campus hiring across India for their offices in Mumbai, Gurugaon and Haryana.

✓ Thoroughly vetted potential candidates and provided a relevant, high-quality shortlist through our technical coding challenge round focused on coding + problem solving and culture fit round.

✓ Kept the leads up to date with bi-weekly progress meetings.

✓ Also vetted talent pool of 56 candidates sourced by the company and closed 120+ juniors over the course of time.

✓ Swabhav's senior instructor understood project specifications and technology stack delivery teams to frame a highly tailored curriculum for each dept.

✓ Jointly created a small project with similar stack and design course and session plan.
