AI for
Business Leaders
Turn “we should do AI” into a 6–12 month portfolio of bold, high-ROI bets across products, operations and talent —designed with the economics and guardrails to actually deliver.
The Gap
The cost of a pre-AI leadership system12–18 Months
Every Weekbetween AI story and AI reality
Your AI narrative reaches investors & customers before AI reaches your pipeline & pricing, opening a visible gap between what you say and how you actually run the business.
20–40%
AI / analytics spend in disconnected pilots
Budgets are scattered across experiments, PoCs & “innovation” projects that never scale, or connect into a moat, and rarely show up as meaningful movement in the P&L.
30–50 leadership days
A Year in AI conversations without decisions
CXOs are stuck in updates and vendor pitches—without a clear portfolio, a roadmap, or a path to valuation impact
Why this program, why now
AI is already shaping valuation, margins and moats. Inside most companies, it is still stuck in pilots and slideware.
1. Where, exactly, will AI change our economics in the next 12–24 months?
2. What will we build, ship or change in the next 90–365 days that our board can track?
3. How do we make this safe, ethical and culturally real — not just another IT project?
Who this is for ?
Founders & CEOs
Leaders who want AI to show up in valuation, resilience and narrative — not just an annual strategy slide. If changes in pipeline focus, win-rate or LTV move your story, this is built for you.
Boards, Chairs & Investors
Those who must judge AI readiness across portfolios and want a shared language for risk, return and governance — without drowning in jargon or vendor slides.
CXO & GTM Leaders
CFOs, COOs, CTOs, CPOs, CHROs, CDOs, CROs and RevOps leaders who turn AI ambition into decisions: what to fund, what to kill, what to automate and what must stay deeply human.
An AI vision tied to your business model
A one-page AI narrative that links directly to how you make money and compete today — and how AI changes that across offerings, processes and customer experience.
A value map: where AI hits the P&L
A simple map of where AI creates value for you new revenue, margin, risk, quality across:
- what you sell (offerings),
- how you run (processes),
- how you show up to customers (experience).
A focused portfolio of AI use cases
A shortlist of 3–5 high-ROI AI use cases across your value chain, each with:
- a clear business outcome,
- a first-cut owner,
- a sense of build vs buy vs partner.
An enabling system blueprint
A simple, shared mental model for where agents sit in your stack, when to use them, and how they coexist with dashboards, RPA and other automations.

No fluff, just sharp decisions and a real agent plan.”
“We walked into the room with a dozen disconnected AI experiments and a lot of FOMO. In two days, we walked out with four high-conviction AI bets, clear owners and a 12-month operating rhythm my entire CXO team signed off on.”
Founder & CEO
Global B2B SaaS Platform (Series D)

A blueprint that links AI directly to risk and capital.
“Every vendor promised ‘AI transformation’. Swabhav forced us to name the exact decisions where AI should change the economics of our business. We now have a blueprint that links AI directly to risk, margin and capital allocation.”
Group CEO
Diversified Financial Services Company (EMEA & APAC)

Operations reviews moved from defending spreadsheets to designing agents.
“Before this program, AI sat in a slide and in a few enthusiastic teams. After it, AI sits in our P&L, operating reviews and leadership offsites. The shift to a portfolio of bets with explicit ‘not now’ calls has saved us huge distraction and spend.”
Co-founder & CEO
Global MarTech Company

The bridge between technical architecture and business impact.
“Most AI sessions are either too high-level or too technical. This room sat in the middle — architectures, agents and data realities on one side, and business model, pricing and customer impact on the other.”
Co-founder & CTO
Global Product Company

Pinpointing where AI solves real industrial problems.
“We’re not a ‘tech company’, and that’s precisely why this program mattered. They helped us pinpoint where AI reduces project overruns, safety incidents and working capital lock-up — and where it’s just noise.”
Founder & CEO,
PE-backed Industrial & Infrastructure Group

Designing how we decide, not just buying tools.
“This was the first AI conversation that felt like designing how our organisation will think and decide with AI, not just buying tools. The room shifted how my leaders talk about focus, risk and learning.”

Asked
Questions
Is this a technical AI training?
No. This is for people who run P&Ls, boards, GTM engines and major functions. We use real architectures and systems, but keep the focus on your economics, decisions and operating model — not coding or prompt tricks.
How tailored is it to our company?
Highly. The pre-work is where we learn your business model, GTM motion, current AI work and constraints. The sessions, examples and portfolio are then tuned to your context — BFSI, MarTech, SaaS, industrials, infrastructure, education or others.
How does this connect to your Tech & AI Consulting?
AI for Business Leaders is the alignment and design layer. Many partners follow it with a focused consulting engagement where we work with your tech, product, data and RevOps leaders to architect and ship specific AI systems and agentic workflows.
Can we combine this with capability building?
Yes. This often runs alongside AI for Engineers, AI for Product Teams or AI for Talent & Learning Leaders — so everyone from leadership to delivery shares a common language and direction.
What is the time commitment for our leaders?
Pre-work: a short survey plus 45–60 minute interviews for selected leaders.
Main room: 3–4 hours (briefing) up to 1–1.5 days (offsite).
Optional sprint: bi-weekly 60–90 minute sessions for 4–8 weeks with your core team.
